DESCRIPTION:Please join us for this very special donation-based Mother's Day class supporting a cause very near and dear to our owner\, Annie's\, heart! \n\n\n\nDid you know when she's not working you out at Balance\, she's hard at work raising awareness and critically needed funds to support the Lung Cancer Research Foundation's mission in funding THE research that will change the future of lung cancer outcomes?\n\n\n\nUnfortunately\, lung cancer takes more lives each year than breast\, prostate\, and colon cancers - COMBINED - yet receives significantly less funding per life lost. Having lost her Mom\, Pammy\, to stage IV lung cancer in 2012 just weeks after first being diagnosed\, Annie knows this reality all too well and has dedicated the past 3 years of her career to managing fundraising events for the Lung Cancer Research Foundation.\n\n\n\nFitness\, but yoga and barre specifically\, have been (and continue to be) a release for Annie\, and she's excited to bring this annual fundraising class all the way from Baltimore to her new home here in Beaufort!\n\n\n\nIf you've never taken Yoga-Barre before\, it's FUN! No prior yoga experience necessary - don't let the 75-minutes scare you away\, we'll work it out with some cardio\, a flow with option to include hand weights and end with a juicy stretch + savasana.
