8am – 5K Bridge Run/Walk & Popcorn Shrimp Run race packets can be picked up from 4 - 6pm Friday at the entrance to Waterfront Park, from the Marina Parking lot or Saturday morning before the race at the Start/Finish Line

Registration ends Wednesday, October 1st at 11:59 pm.
Please register in person at the Main Street Beaufort office after Wednesday
Or at the Start/Finish line between 6:30am – 7:30am the day of the race

6:30pm - 10:00pm Food Tickets: $1.00 each for various restaurant, beer, wine and soda booths
Items Cost: 2 - 7 tickets
Shrimp Race: $10.00 per Shrimp - Available on line (see rules and prize levels) http://www.seaislandrotary.org
You may purchase your "Adopt a Shrimp" for Sea Island Rotary's Charity Shrimp Race Friday night and Saturday prior to race

Description
Main Street Beaufort, USA, and the South Carolina Shrimpers Association are gearing up for the 20th Annual Beaufort Shrimp Festival. This two-day festival is a celebration of SC Wild Caught Shrimp (Yes, all restaurants will be using SC Wild Caught Shrimp ! ), local food, crafts and fun in the Lowcountry.
Friday, October 3, 2014:
12 Noon: Kick the festival off early by browsing through the festival’s Arts & Crafts Market, take a carriage, walking, bus, or boat tour of downtown, enjoy lunch at one of our independently owned restaurants and take in some shopping in our retail stores and art galleries.
6:00pm: - 10:00pm: The Company Band
6:00pm - 10:00pm: Local Restaurants preview their shrimp dishes for Saturday’s competitions

1:00pm - 1:30pm: Adult/Children Shrimp Peeling (Sign up at Pavilion before contest time)
1:30pm - 1:45pm: Shrimp Race
1:45pm - 3:00pm: Aunt Pearlie Sue
3:00pm - 3:30pm: Shrimp Race Winners
3:30pm - 5:00pm: Bull Grapes Frogmore Blues
4:45pm - 5:00pm: Restaurant Competitons, Best Shrimp Dish, Best Booth Decoration, People's Choice and Silver Cup Presentation
