Curious what the barre burn is all about?! Join Balance Boutique Fitness for a FREE 75-minute workshop where we'll break down everything you need to know to get the absolute most out of every barre class you take with us.
No previous dance/fitness experience necessary - this class is accessible to all ages and levels, and ALL are welcome at our barre.
Space is limited to 15 students to ensure we can offer all participants individualized attention and instruct how to safely/effectively modify postures and adjust form.
