Cancelation Policy
The Beaufort Regional Chamber of Commerce must maintain a cancelation policy for events in order to properly plan for catering, venue expenses and marketing efforts. Unless stated otherwise, Chamber reservations must be canceled in writing or on the phone 7 days prior to the event to be eligible for a full refund. No refunds will be issued after the event, meaning, no-shows will be charged in full. Substitutions are welcome at any time. The Beaufort Regional Chamber of Commerce works hard to ensure that every partner dollar is spent responsibly.

Our state Legislative Delegation will be invited to share their thoughts on the upcoming session of the General Assembly. This is an exceptional occasion to network.
