Join the Beaufort Regional Chamber of Commerce and Manorhouse Builders of South Carolina as they celebrate and welcome new homeowners to their Phase Two of Somerset Point on Lady's Island and the revitalization of Old Shell Point in Port Royal. Lunch will be catered by Southern Graces and a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony will be held at 12:45 p.m.
The Manorhouse Builders communities are located on Lady's Island and in Old Shell Point of Port Royal. Both communities now have an office and model home ready to welcome visitors.
