Pat Conroy Literary Center Soft Opening

Please join the Pat Conroy Literary Center on Friday, Oct 21st between 7 and 9 pm at our historic home located at 308 Charles Street in downtown Beaufort for our “soft” opening. Pat’s friends and family are eager to meet you and to personally thank you for your early support. Come by and enjoy a glass of wine and light refreshments, and see what we are up to. Learn about our upcoming plans. You’ll also have a chance to view an intimate and rather humble exhibit on Pat’s writing life and work. Lastly, Pat’s wife, writer Cassandra King, will be there signing copies of Pat’s soon to be released book, A LOWCOUNTRY HEART: Reflections on the Writing Life, for which she has written a very moving introduction.
