Maintenance Manager

Requirements:

• Must be located within driving distance and available for on-site needs at short notice
• Strong understanding of residential maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, roofing, and construction.
• Experience managing projects such as property turnovers and renovations.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects at once.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with tenants, owners, and vendors.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to properties as needed.
• Ability to negotiate pricing and manage vendor relationships. 
• Prior experience in property management maintenance preferred.
